We do not "Guarantee" Delivery by certain dates.
What we can do is estimate the processing time for your order, process the order and ship via the method you select.
It is your responsibility to check with us for processing times, and it is your responsibility to select shipping methods to meet your deadlines.
If UPS fails to delivery by your deadline, that is an issue with UPS not us. When selecting a shipping method, please allow (Generally - more during peak season)2-3 business days Processing Time for your order, PLUS sufficient time for carrier delivery to your specified address. We can give estimates for delivery times, but ultimately good common sense and the guidelines established by carriers should be referred to for more precise delivery information. (For example; bad weather may delay Air shipments, and are not considered to be in breach of a "Guaranteed" Next day air delivery).

***If you desire "special" characters to be engraved (characters that do not appear on a standard keyboard), please include this request in "Special instructions to the engraver". We may have to see a .jpg image, .pdf file, fax copy, or further instructions prior to completing your order. This may also include requests for "Greek" letters. Additional Prices may apply***

Our customers enjoy quality products, expert engraving, and fast delivery. Rarely, some items can be damaged in transit or a mistake at our end could occur. Defective merchandise or incorrect orders must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Upon notification of any problem, we will work together to correct any issues based on the totality of the circumstances. We want you to be happy with our products and service, but we cannot cure engraving that followed your instructions.

We will no longer take orders for engraving (spelling) over the phone. Any personalization orders must be placed on our order form, emailed, or faxed to our order processing office.
